PLEASE READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY :

• PLEASE, try not to book the day you have an event because your hair might take additional time, and I won't rush my work.

• My clients need to be 10 years old or older. Ages 10-14 will be given a children’s discount.

• A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your service fee. The remaining balance of your hair is due on the day of the appointment once the service is complete, in cash or through the booking site.

• You must cancel 48 hours in advance in order for your deposit to be used for a future appointment. All appointments made through the website must be canceled or rescheduled through the website to use your deposit for a future appointment. You can only reschedule with the same deposit once. Rescheduling a second time will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

• If you cancel your less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will lose your deposit.

• Please arrive with your hair washed, detangled, stretched, and properly blown out from the root to the end for a better outcome. $20 extra will be charged to do it if it's not properly done. If your hair is not clean, I will refuse to serve you, your appointment will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.

• If you are 15 mins late, you will be charged a $10 fee. After 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will lose your deposit.

• If you are managing hair loss, please include details about your condition in the appointment notes.
