My name is Parmenide most people know me as Phabby. I specialized in hair braiding and hair weaving. I’m located in the Boston/Quincy area. I have been braiding and weaving for 8+ years now. My passion for hair started in middle school when my sister permed my hair and I fell in love with doing my hair. My ultimate goal is to make make people feel absolutely beautiful, confident, and overall great about themselves. Owning my business has always been my biggest dream as an immigrant to this country.
